Biography

Dr. Vivien Ngah-Tse To, MD grew up in Ohio. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in biology and psychology in 2001. She went on to complete a Doctor of Medicine at The Ohio State University. Her aspirations post graduation was to become a well rounded family physician who placed patient care and comfort at the center of her treatment strategy. After graduating from medical school, Dr. To completed her residency in family medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. She currently resides in Howard County, Maryland with her husband and three children.
