As a clinical psychologist, I strive to improve mental and physical health through an approach that is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based models of human behavior, thought, and emotion. We start by identifying the difficulties you are struggling with and your strengths, and then develop and implement an individualized plan for addressing your concerns that is guided by your goals, values, and the science of psychology.
