Personal Interests
Niceville has been home to Dr. V since 1999. Outside of medicine, she cheers enthusiastically for her Duke Blue Devils, enjoys great music and fine food, and loves her friends and family fiercely.
Biography
Dr. Vadlamani‑Simmers, affectionately known as Dr. V, has been a board‑certified, practicing pediatrician for 30 years. She graduated from Duke University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 1995. She went on to complete a three‑year pediatric residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, finishing in 1998, and subsequently served as the Medical Director of Pediatrics at Eglin Air Force Base.
Dr. V proudly served six years as an active‑duty Air Force physician before separating in 2001. She continued practicing general pediatrics along the Gulf Coast, working with several large medical groups, including White‑Wilson Medical Center and Ascension Sacred Heart. These diverse experiences ultimately inspired her to open Beachside Pediatrics Associates, PA in April 2021.
