Occupation

INTERNAL MEDICINE

As an internist, I believe in partnering with my patients and viewing them as active leaders in their own health journey. I prioritize patient-centered communication and shared decision-making, fostering a collaborative environment where individuals feel supported, respected, and heard.

My approach to care is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and evidence-based education. I believe that each person’s lifestyle, background, and goals are unique and that lasting health outcomes are best achieved through a personalized and holistic approach. I take the time to get to know my patients beyond their diagnosis, understanding their circumstances and aspirations so that we can develop a tailored plan that fits their lives.

I am especially passionate about preventive and lifestyle medicine, and I believe in treating the whole person, not just the condition. Making nutrition and lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on breaking the process down into manageable, realistic steps. My goal is to empower patients with the tools, knowledge, and give them the support they need to create sustainable habits and long-term wellness.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space where patients feel confident in pursuing their healthcare goals. Together, we work to build a foundation for lasting health and well-being.
