Biography

Dr. Aftab S. Ahmad has taken care of patients on all levels, set up several successful medical practices, run medical centers, and has run a medical community health center as a director in his home country and other countries.

He moved to the United States due to the opportunities of getting trained in the latest medical knowledge, tools, and to be able to utilize and offer them to the patient population within his practice.

Dr. Ahmad has held many health care directorships for health care facilities in many countries. He recently left the directorship of a four clinic cluster of UTMB-CMC to work in a hospital setting and to establish his new medical practice (Family Practice Care Associates).

Patients who have received care from Dr. Ahmad have rated him very high on a satisfaction scale and have switched to make him their primary care physician of choice because of his medical care and detailed explanations about disease and the healing process involved.
