Biography
Kristina has over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, with a diverse background supporting children, families, and individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges.
Kristina has extensive experience working with individuals living with severe and persistent mental illnesses through the Bulloch County Mental Health Accountability and Treatment Court. She has also provided counseling and support to children and families with active cases through the Department of Family and Children Services. Additionally, Kristina served as a Counselor and Retention Coordinator at a technical college, where she supported students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Kristina utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and work toward becoming the best versions of themselves.
