Biography
Natasha “Tasha” Moore, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than a decade of experience in social services and mental health. She is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family conflict, and other complex emotional and behavioral concerns.
Tasha approaches her work with empathy, accountability, and a strong belief in resilience. Her goal is to create a therapeutic environment where individuals and families feel supported while developing the confidence and skills necessary to create meaningful, lasting change.
Tasha’s clinical approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, emphasizing the development of practical skills while helping individuals gain deeper insight into the experiences that influence their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors. Her therapeutic experience includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused interventions.
Her professional interests include trauma recovery, family systems, crisis stabilization, severe mental illness, and supporting individuals during significant life transitions. She is particularly passionate about helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and develop sustainable coping strategies.
