Biography

Dr. Laura Richards is a podiatrist specializing in the treatment of the foot and ankle. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Richards has extensive experience in office, hospital, surgery, and wound clinic settings. Dr. Richards is currently providing care at the Houston- Woodway office. Dr. Richards was born and raised in the Greater Houston area. Dr. Richards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas A&M University. 

Dr. Richards is a graduate of the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a 3 year surgical residency training at Millcreek Community Hospital/LECOM Health in Pennsylvania. She also graduated with a Masters of Medical Education from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Dr. Richards previously provided care to patients in Kingwood and The Woodlands communities prior to opening her Houston-Woodway office.
