Dr. Russell received her medical education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Tennessee Family Practice in Jackson, Tennessee. She is board certified to practice family medicine. Dr. Russell is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians.
