Biography

Dr. Stephen Ralph has been serving patients at Elms Creek Family and Urgent Care Clinic since 2012 after practicing for 25 years in the Long Island/New York area. His medical school training in Guadalajara, Mexico has been invaluable in preparing him to care for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking patients. Dr. Ralph has been trained in both internal medicine and emergency medicine. In addition, his dedication to encouraging lifestyle changes to improve his patients’ health also led him to become part of the first group of physicians to earn board certification in lifestyle medicine.
