Biography

Ally is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a warm, person-centered approach to therapy. She believes that each person is the expert on their own life, and she works alongside her clients with empathy, curiosity, and a sense of lightness. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where people can show up just as they are.

Ally works with individuals and couples and has a special passion for supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. Her therapeutic style draws from a variety of approaches—including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Nature Therapy, and Adventure Therapy. She believes that healing is individualized and doesn’t just happen in the therapy room—it can also come through movement, time in nature, and creative self-discovery.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her wife and pets, exploring nature, quilting, and rooting for the Cleveland Guardians.
