Biography

Kaouther is a compassionate, culturally responsive clinical therapist who works with women from all backgrounds and life stages. As a person of color and a mother, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, understanding how identity, culture, relationships, and personal growth shape emotional well-being.

Her approach is wholistic, trauma-informed, and creative, grounded in the mind-body connection. As a Brainspotting clinician, Kaouther integrates deep processing and emotion-focused work with mindfulness, somatic practices, and humor. She supports women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, working with those just beginning to explore themselves as well as those who already know themselves deeply and want to process the root causes of distress. Sessions are collaborative, laid-back, and non-judgmental, tailored to each client’s values and belief systems.
