Biography

Kelley joins Enliven after completing her clinical training at The Ohio State University Counseling and Consultation Services. A licensed social worker, Meury’s calmness, open style, and diverse background helps to create a safe space for her clients. Kelley believes you are the expert of your own life and together, will help you identify your present challenges, discover the impact your thoughts, feelings and emotions have, and explore strategies to help you achieve your goals.

A former educator and coach, Kelley’s therapeutic approach is strengths-based, and she integrates psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused and motivational interviewing interventions. She serves the college-age and adult populations and is under the supervision of Nicole Parente, LISW-S at Enliven.

Before becoming a clinical counselor, Kelley served as a long-time college/youth basketball coach, educator, administrator, and has a diverse background in business/crisis communications. Meury holds an MSW from The Ohio State University, an MEd from Loyola University Maryland and a BS/MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, live music and sports, a couple of dogs, the ebb and flow of the ocean, and the last two minutes of any basketball game.
