Biography

A native of Palm Harbor and a proud graduate of Tarpon Springs High School, Carolina first discovered her passion for helping others in her hometown community. She holds both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (CRMHC) from the University of South Florida, graduating in December 2025.

As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), Carolina provides a warm, empathetic, and evidence-based approach. She specializes in supporting individuals of all ages through life's major transitions, including navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and significant life changes. Her practice is centered on building resilience and fostering holistic wellness through a special interest in the mind-body connection.

Carolina is thrilled to return to her community, joining Highland Health Center in March 2026. She offers individual counseling in a safe, supportive space for clients seeking clarity, navigating stress, or healing from the past. Carolina is dedicated to walking alongside you with compassion and care.
