Biography
Noelle Buonincontri is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a volunteer EMT in Queens, NY, and later became a paramedic, serving during the 9/11 attacks. This experience inspired her to advance her education and pursue nursing as a lifelong calling. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Stony Brook University (graduating summa cum laude), and her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. Noelle has practiced in diverse settings, including emergency medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, and primary care. She previously worked at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, a Level I trauma center, where she gained experience in both adult and pediatric emergency departments. She has since focused her practice on outpatient family medicine, with interests in pediatrics, women’s health, preventive medicine, and patient education.
