Great news: our Tricare, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts have been successfully updated from urgent care to primary care. Starting now, we provide primary care and limited walk-in clinic services for acute needs in Bandera and San Antonio when your personal PCP can’t see you quickly. Our Rockport clinic remains appointment-only.
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or body aches, please use telemedicine (when covered by your plan). It protects others and speeds care. See CDC’s overview: https://www.cdc.gov/flu/symptoms/index.html.
Coverage varies—contact your insurer with benefits questions.
Appointments are preferred and required for most visits; scheduled patients are seen first.
Walk-in availability is limited to Bandera and San Antonio; waits may occur without an appointment.
Copays still apply, and a credit card on file is required per our policy.
Please welcome April McGriff, APRN, FNP, now full-time in Bandera—bringing compassionate, evidence-based family practice to our community.
Summary: Updated contracts expand access to primary care with limited walk-ins in Bandera and San Antonio, appointment-only in Rockport, on-site CPL labs, and telemedicine guidance for flu-like symptoms. Book today to secure your preferred time.
