Biography

Lauren Muckelvene was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. Lauren has over fourteen years of healthcare experience including working as Registered Nurse. As a Registered nurse, she has worked Labor and Delivery and Aesthetic Medicine, and graduated from George Washington University with her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner studies.

Lauren’s focus is using a patient-centered approach to healthcare, where the primary focus is the patient's overall well-being and health. She is passionate about primary care medicine, health promotion, disease prevention, nutrition and weight loss care, and treatment for common acute and chronic illnesses. Lauren currently lives in the DC Metro area with her husband and teacup yorkie named Chaos.
