Jennifer Gilliam is a Nurse with more than 20 years of diverse nursing experience who now serves as the Clinical Nurse Manager at LYNAY Medical. Her career began in the hospital setting, where she gained broad clinical expertise working in the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Unit, Transitional Care, Intensive Care, and Labor & Delivery. These early years provided her with a strong clinical foundation and the ability to adapt to high-pressure environments. Seeking a more personal and long-term connection with patients, she transitioned into primary care and family medicine. This shift allowed her to develop meaningful relationships with her patients and their families, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and wellness. Jennifer blends her hands-on nursing background with leadership and management skills to ensure that LYNAY Medical operates efficiently and compassionately.
