Arrival Policy

Our policy requires all patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. As a busy pediatric office, we strive to serve our patients in a timely manner. We understand the importance of respecting everyone's time, including yours and that of the patients scheduled after you. Late arrivals significantly impact the time available for a thorough well-child examination or appropriate consultation. If you arrive after your appointment time, we will assess the schedule to determine if we can accommodate you; however, this may not always be possible.
