• March 16th – 20th
• April 13th – 17th
• May 11th – 15th
• June 15th – 19th
• July 13th – 17th
• August 10th – 14th
• September 14th – 18th
• October 12th – 16th
• November 16th – 20th
• December 14th – 18th

Fasting: 

Nothing to Eat or Drink 
10 -12 Hours before Test 
You can have water or black coffee

Monday – Friday

Results must be sent to patient’s primary care doctor
