We are writing to inform you that our Salisbury office will be permanently closing as of August 29th, 2025. This decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate the trust you have shown in us for your healthcare needs.

Although this location will no longer be operational, we encourage you to continue your care with a provider of your choice in the area. Your health and well-being remain our top priority, and we are here to support you during this transition. Our phones will always remain active because Menocal Family Practice is still in practice. Should you require refills or virtual visits we will be available to assist you through next year July 31, 2026 or until you find a new provider.
