Biography

Elsie Kamara, MSN, AGNP, is a dedicated Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the adult lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in February 2021. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University (2018) and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland (2016).

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she served as a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager with Adventist Home Health Services and began her nursing career at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.

At our practice, she manages same-day appointments and walk-in visits, addressing acute care needs—including sick visits and urgent concerns—for both adults and children.

With a strong academic foundation and progressive clinical training, Elsie still brings a comprehensive approach to patient care, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and evidence-based treatment. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients, empowering them through education, and partnering with them to achieve their health goals.
