Biography
Yen Vo, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care for individuals and families. She focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management, and helping patients better understand and manage their health through education and supportive care.
She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Bradley University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Maryland School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from University of Maryland.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse at Howard County General Hospital, where she cared for adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions. She most recently served as an Ambulatory Care Triage Nurse with Johns Hopkins Medicine, supporting patients through clinical assessments, care coordination, chronic condition management, and patient education.
Through her clinical training in primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, and women’s health, she developed experience of treating both acute and chronic conditions across multiple age groups. Her graduate project focused on improving diabetes care through targeted A1C outreach in primary care, reinforcing her commitment to improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
She is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel confident and informed in managing their health.
