Biography

Taylor is a licensed physical therapist with a strong foundation in exercise physiology and a passion for helping individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, she continued her academic journey at the same institution, completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

During her time at the University of Miami, Taylor gained extensive clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and neuromuscular therapy. She is committed to evidence-based practice and personalized care, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle.
