Nights / Weekends (703) 558-0884 is the direct line to our answering service. Please use this number if you are experiencing a non-life-threatening emergency, or if you think you are in labor*.

** Please note our phones are answered from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Friday.

During 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm and after 4:00 p.m., a caller will be given the option to hold for a member of the answering service, should you need immediate assistance.

Parking

Please follow signs to Zone B Parking or use the neighborhood metered parking. There is a $7.00 parking fee for on-site parking. VHC Health uses a pay-on-foot parking system, please be sure to keep your ticket with you. Payment kiosks are located on all garage levels.

For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

* If you are in labor and have not received a return call from your doctor after placing a call to the answering service, please call Virginia Hospital Center’s Labor and Delivery Department at (703) 558-6171. 

If you are contacting our providers for a prescription, or treatment of a non-urgent matter during nights or weekends, there will be a $30.00 charge applied to your account. This is not billable to your insurance plan.
