We are committed to treating the patients we serve with dignity and respect, fostering an environment of collaboration, and providing access to care when, where and how our patients want to receive their care.
About Privia’s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
We have invited patients and caregivers across our markets to share their feedback about staying connected with their healthcare providers.
The Patient Advisory Council serves as a “consumer advisory group,” providing a way for patients and families to provide input and share their experiences.
Our goals include:
Expanding the voices of patients and families
Identifying opportunities for improving the patient and family experience
What does a PFAC member do?
Members share their feedback through brief surveys about Privia’s patient resources, including appointment scheduling options, the patient portal and communications from their healthcare team.
Patient and Family Advisory Council members may be periodically invited to participate in virtual focus groups to share their feedback and join in-depth discussions about their healthcare experience.
Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Privia’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion helps guide our decisions to address the needs of our patients. We welcome members of all races, ethnicities, genders, religions, ages and backgrounds to help us serve the diverse needs of our patients.
How Can I Join?
If you have constructive ideas to help improve care for Privia patients and their families and/or you or someone you care for sees a Privia provider, we invite you to join as a Privia Patient and Family Advisory Council member.
Your voice matters to us and will help us improve the healthcare experience across our medical group.
If you are interested in additional details about the council, or if you would like to join, please email PFAC@priviahealth.com.
