We have invited patients and caregivers across our markets to share their feedback about staying connected with their healthcare providers.
The Patient Advisory Council serves as a “consumer advisory group,” providing a way for patients and families to provide input and share their experiences.
Our goals include:
Members share their feedback through brief surveys about Privia’s patient resources, including appointment scheduling options, the patient portal and communications from their healthcare team.
Patient and Family Advisory Council members may be periodically invited to participate in virtual focus groups to share their feedback and join in-depth discussions about their healthcare experience.
