Dr. Malik Hazley is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who earned his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Meharry Medical College, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is an active member of respected professional organizations, including the American Board of Family Medicine.
