Upon enrollment, your payment will be immediately processed. Please note that access to the patient portal and your membership physician may be delayed up to 5 business days if you are a new patient to the practice or to Privia Medical Group. In the meantime if assistance is needed, please call our Member Services Line at 877-774-8429, and Press 1 to speak with a nurse from the Privia Nurse Care Advice Line or press 2 to speak with an advisor from your Privia Premium Wellness Team. As a member, you also have immediate access to Privia’s Care Advice Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if medical triage assistance is needed. You can reach a triage nurse by calling 877-977-4842. No. Privia Premium is a membership program that provides access to advanced technology and enhanced services that are not covered by your insurance plan or Medicare. Your doctor will continue to bill you and/or your insurance or Medicare for any covered professional services provided to you.
Your records are stored in state-of-the-art secure data centers that are designed to protect the country’s most sensitive data – with 24/7 surveillance, biometric locks, encrypted transmissions, multiple backups and redundancy systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and enterprise class firewalls.
Your membership fees may be tax deductible if paid through a qualified Health Savings Account (HSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or other qualified plan. Consult your plan administrator and tax professional.
You may cancel your membership at any time and receive a pro-rata refund of your membership fee. You can also change plans at any time.
A wellness team is a team of nurses, nutritionists, and fitness advisors whose primary goal is to keep you healthy. All in partnership with your doctor.
The Privia Premium team can assist with your healthcare needs before, during and after you travel abroad.
