Biography

Chad Kaufman PA-C, MSBS has lived in this community for over 20 years and throughout that time has worked at area hospitals primarily in an Emergency Department environment. He is excited to be a part of Shiloh Medical Services as the clinic brings various medical specialties to serve this community. Chad desires to see an affordable medical clinic that provides quality and compassionate care that places great value on people.

Chad graduated from Wittenberg University and then attended University of Toledo-MCO for his graduate program.  

He and his wife Cindy have three beautiful children, a beautiful niece and granddaughter.
