Biography
Gary Gioni is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a diverse clinical background spanning pediatrics, skilled nursing with geriatric populations, and extensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. He believes that movement is medicine and that empowering patients through education and purposeful, sustainable exercise is key to lasting recovery and optimal health
Gary has over 15 years of experience in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission grappling and is a second-degree black belt under Master Pedro Sauer. He has trained, taught, and competed at high levels, and he integrates his martial arts background, fitness experience, and human performance training with evidence-based rehabilitation to help patients and clients move better and feel stronger.
