Dr. Duong offers the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic services, including:
- Comprehensive Obstetric Care: Prenatal counseling, routine and high-risk pregnancy management, and supportive labor and delivery services.
- Advanced Gynecologic Procedures: Minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, endometrial ablation, and treatment for fibroids, ovarian cysts, and abnormal bleeding.
- Preventive Women’s Health: Well-woman exams, contraception counseling, fertility evaluation, and menopause management.
- Office-Based Procedures: Colposcopy, IUD insertion, Nexplanon placement, and in-office ultrasound.
Known for her approachable demeanor and attentive listening, Dr. Duong strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard and respected. Whether guiding adolescents through their first gynecologic visit, helping women navigate pregnancy, or supporting those facing complex surgical decisions, she brings a blend of medical expertise and genuine compassion to each encounter.
Personal Interests
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Duong enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Milo, exploring Houston’s vibrant food scene, and staying active!
Biography
Dr. Duong is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. Originally from San Jose, California, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, San Diego, before completing her medical education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She went on to complete her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
After residency, Dr. Duong relocated to Houston, Texas, to be closer to her family and to serve the growing needs of the community. She is passionate about educating women about their bodies and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. Her practice philosophy emphasizes autonomy, safety, and patient-centered care.
