Biography

Dr. Dowli joined our practice in 2022. He is Board certified in General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery. He completed his medical training at the American University of Beirut. He did his residency in General Surgery at Maine Medical Center — affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine — in Portland Maine. He completed a fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
