Yearly well-visits are vital in catching signs of diseases early. They are also important for monitoring your child’s growth and development. Here is our schedule of well visits, with visit information. Remember to schedule well visits on or after the advised age. For most well visits you will also receive an email from CHADIS, this is our partner for health questionnaires, please set up your profile and complete all assigned questionnaires at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
