Biography

Nichole L. Williams, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with years of clinical experience caring for patients in both hospital and clinic settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and has dedicated her career to supporting patients of all ages through every stage of life.

Her Background includes hospital medicine, cardiology, and primary care, where she has managed complex conditions, cared for post–surgical patients, and guided families through long-term health challenges. Nichole is especially passionate about her heart health and has worked closely with patients to manage heart failure, prepare for cardiac procedures, and make lifestyle changes that improve the quality of life.

Known for her approachable and caring nature, Nichole takes the time to listen and involve patients in their care. At Thrive Primary Care, she is committed to building trusted relationships and helping each patient thrive.
