Biography

Dr. Sara Hamade is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. She is dedicated to helping women overcome pelvic floor disorders through compassionate care and individualized treatment.

Dr. Hamade completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive women's healthcare. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery through the joint Inova/Walter Reed Urogynecology Fellowship Program, gaining specialized expertise in both medical and surgical management of complex pelvic floor disorders. 

She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bladder disorders, bowel dysfunction, recurrent urinary tract infections, pelvic pain, sexual health concerns and menopausal pelvic health.

Dr. Hamade believes every woman deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout her healthcare journey.
