Biography

Andrea Lynch is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a special interest in family medicine and cardiology. Born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, she later immigrated to the United States, residing in Boise, Idaho before moving to Virginia in 2025. Andrea attended Pomona College in Claremont, California on a full-tuition scholarship, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. While at Pomona, she was recognized as a Pomona College Scholar and selected as a Yale University AMGEN Scholar for advanced biomedical research. She later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, where she also served with Idaho HealthCorps AmeriCorps to expand access to preventive care in underserved communities across Idaho.

Andrea is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that emphasizes empathy, education, and trust. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally competent care and to helping patients make informed decisions about their health. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Andrea is dedicated to bridging cultural and linguistic gaps in healthcare and strives to make each patient feel heard, respected, and understood.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys drawing, watching The Great British Bake Off, and attending musicals and plays at the Kennedy Center and local community theaters.
