Biography

Dr. Theresa Saldana Falcon joined Allay Primary Care as a family medicine specialist. A healthcare professional since 1991, she is passionate about addressing health-related issues such as diabetes, heart health, and caregiving. Dr. Saldana Falcon completed her internship and family medicine residency at the Montgomery County Medical Education Foundation/UTMB. She earned her medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine/UNT and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University. Before joining Allay Primary Care in 2025, Dr. Saldana Falcon practiced family medicine at numerous institutions, including Chief Kina Clinic, and Internist Associates of Texas. With a deep affinity for working with older adults, Dr. Saldana Falcon believes in treating her patients with the same time and dedication she would offer her loved ones. Dr. Saldana Falcon chose medicine for the endless opportunities to improve the well-being of individuals and the immense privilege of helping others.
