Newborn
IMPORTANT
Newborns should be seen at 2-5 days old or as directed by the hospital pediatrician.
What To Bring
Please bring a copy of your babies’ discharge summary from the hospital so we can follow up on any issues from birth and monitor your child’s progress after leaving the hospital. We’ll check weight, make sure feeding is on track, check for jaundice, do a thorough exam, and answer the many questions that newborns bring.
If you are interested in meeting with a lactation consultant, we partner with The Feeding Connection. They offer invaluable support during these early days of nourishing and connecting with your baby.
We Listen
There is nothing more special or beautiful than adding a new family member. We understand that everyone wants a pediatrician who listens, hears your concerns, and answers your questions.
With that in mind, we at Child Plus will always take the time necessary to answer all of your questions. We want you to leave our offices confident in your mission of raising a strong and healthy child.
We look forward to seeing you here soon. Putting your child first at Child Plus Pediatrics. Our family caring for yours.
