Let me take this opportunity to thank those who stopped by the office to wish me well in my retirement, suggested advice, and offered food and beverage and gift cards: I will have lots to do! Again, as I have said, I hope I have been patient enough, thoughtful enough, respectful enough — with a touch of humility — in addressing clinical problems and communicating with kids and parents. I will not be available from a medical standpoint, but look forward to keeping in touch in other ways.
