Biography

Brittany is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner, and has practiced women’s health for over a decade. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from Vanderbilt University, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. In the years since, she has worked in non-profit clinics, private practice offices and undergraduate nursing programs. Though she has extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology, she is excited to be expanding her scope of practice with hormone management at Cross Roads Hormonal Health and Wellness.

Brittany’s passion for women’s health care began during her undergraduate years. After taking a women’s health course as an elective, she realized that women’s health is intricately tied to women’s rights. Brittany believes that as a women’s healthcare provider, she has the ability to support her patients’ sense of self-worth and autonomy. Through educating and engaging women in their care, she supports her patients’ ability to make the best decisions for their health and their families. She enjoys helping her patients achieve their optimal state of health and feel their best.

Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. She loves making memories with family and friends. She also enjoys literature, music, and documentaries.
