Biography

Vanessa Laverde is a bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who brings a strong foundation in clinical science and a passion for individualized care. She earned her Master of Science in Community Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University and completed a certificate in Sports Nutrition through Lamar University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetic Technology from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Vanessa believes that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. She works with individuals to create personalized, realistic plans that honor cultural traditions, food preferences, and personal goals. Her approach emphasizes education over restriction, helping patients make sustainable changes that support long-term well-being.

She’s fluent in Spanish and passionate about making nutrition approachable, practical, and supportive for every individual she works with.
