JOB TITLE: Pediatric Nurse (RN/LVN): Dallas, Frisco & Mesquite
We are seeking a PEDIATRIC NURSE to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. This is a demanding position that requires good communication and nurse triage skills. Must be able to type 40 wpm. Job duties include but not limited to: Telephone triage, medical forms, performing procedures, parent education, prior authorizations, referrals, rooming patients, and assisting the physician as needed. Must be able to travel to the Dallas, Frisco, and Mesquite offices as needed. New LVN’s and RN’s welcome.
SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for providing general nursing care to patients, providing information to parents/caretakers, and performing procedures and duties as directed by the physician.

We are seeking a PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. DALLAS/FRISCO/MESQUITE
Responsibilities:
- Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
- Assess patient health through interviews
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette, knowledge of insurance verification processes, ability to collect all patient balances and have excellent documentation and multitasking skills. The ability to interact with patients, clinical, and administrative staff in a pleasant, courteous, professional and respectful manner is required. Candidates must be familiar with EMR, scheduling, patient interaction, and technology, as well as have a clear understanding of front office operations. Position Details

- Locations: Must be able to rotate to all clinic locations (Dallas – Medical City Hospital, Mesquite, Centennial Frisco, and Frisco Main Street), with a primary focus on Dallas and Mesquite offices.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Current IBCLC Certification
- Will Consider:
- Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)
- Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)
- Certified Breastfeeding Educator (CBE)
- Advanced Lactation Consultant (ALC)
- Advanced Nurse Lactation Consultant (ANLC)
Must be willing to obtain IBCLC certification
- Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and staying current with lactation research
- Strong skills in comprehensive assessment, documentation, and individualized care planning
- Ability to educate and support families in meeting their breastfeeding goals
- Experience with electronic health records; our practice uses Athena Health EMR
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive lactation assessments for mothers and infants
- Develop evidence-based care plans in coordination with pediatricians
- Promote and support breastfeeding through education, counseling, and hands-on assistance
- Document patient progress and education in line with practice standards
