ALL SHOT PATIENTS

Dear all shot patients,

In observance of the upcoming holidays and planned vacations, please note the following updates to our November shot schedule:

• Monday, November 24 th
  (Open for shots from 9 am - 11:30 am & 1 pm - 4 pm)
• Tuesday, November 25 th
  (Open for shots from 12 pm - 6 pm)
• Wednesday, November 26 th
  (Open for shots from 9 am - 11:30 am) - Closed in the afternoon!
• Thursday, November 27 th-(OFFICE CLOSED)
• Friday, November 28 th-(OFFICE CLOSED)

Our regular shot hours will apply to dates not mentioned. If you have any questions, please feel free to consult our office staff when you come in for your next injection.
