The office will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and closed half-day on New Year's Eve.

Labs are by appointment only, please do not walk in for labs without a scheduled appointment. Most labs do require you to be FASTING (NOTHING to eat or drink other than water and your medications) 8-12 hours prior unless otherwise indicated to you. PLEASE DRINK WATER, SO YOU'RE NOT DEHYDRATED
