Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Benefits:

  • Our providers offer the full spectrum of primary care services to patients of all ages including pregnancy, with a focus on high quality patient care.
  • 1+ years of experience highly preferred, but not required; new graduates are welcome. Our colleagues are friendly and collaborative, fostering an ongoing learning environment.
  • Must love building long term relationships with patients, must value and practice compassionate bedside manner, and must possess excellent clinical skills. Must be enthusiastic about patient education, and respectful of patient autonomy.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • State licensure and board certification is required
  • Competitive annual salary plus benefits package (PTO, health reimbursements, 401k)
  • Great work-life balance: 4 ½ day work week, no weekends required, and no call obligation

Dr. Jonathan Keenan, founder of Holy Family Health, dedicates our practice of medicine to the Holy Family, referring to Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. At Holy Family Health, we welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds, we treat all patients with compassion and dignity, and we respect all life from conception to natural death.

Responsibilities:

  • Rooming patients, taking vital signs and medical histories, basic labs, and triaging calls
  • Documenting in the medical record and responding to patient messages
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations as needed (answering phones, checking patients in/out, scheduling, verifying insurance)

Requirements:

  • Warm, professional customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent multitasking performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer literacy and organizational skills
  • Previous experience preferred

Location: 15953 N Florida Ave Lutz, FL 33549
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm; Friday 8am - 1pm

Compensation: $32,000 annual salary plus benefits package (PTO, health reimbursements, 401k)
