Dr. Victoria Arcara Retirement Notice

Dear Patients,

I am writing to share that after 30 years of practicing medicine, I will be retiring and closing my OB/GYN practice, effective December 22, 2026. It has been an absolute honor to care for you, share in your milestones, and support your health and well-being over the years – thank you for entrusting me with your medical care.

I will be seeing patients in the office, until December 22, 2026. Because continuity of care is vital, I urge you to select a new physician as soon as possible. You can find local providers through your insurance network, using the physician finder on the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) website, or the Advent Health Hendersonville, NC website.

Until the date of my retirement, your medical records will be available at Hendersonville OB/Gyn. You may request a copy of your record or have a copy sent to the physician of your choice. For your convenience, a Medical Record Release form is enclosed. Please complete the form at your earliest convenience and send the completed form to 27 Doctors Drive Hendersonville, NC 28792 or fax it to 828-687-1814. You may also have your new physician fax a record release to us. After the date of my retirement (12/22/26), you may contact priviahealth.com/medical-records-request for access to your Hendersonville OB/Gyn medical records as they will be the custodian of records.
