Biography

I am a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients in a wide variety of healthcare settings. Throughout my career, I have practiced medicine in Indiana, Texas, and Virginia, with experience spanning urban, rural, and concierge medicine environments.

I believe strongly in treating the whole person and focusing on prevention whenever possible. My approach to patient care emphasizes thorough evaluation, evidence-based medicine, and shared decision-making. I strive to create a calm and respectful environment where patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in every step of their healthcare journey.

Medicine is constantly evolving, and I maintain a lifelong commitment to learning and staying current with the latest medical guidelines, diagnostic tools, and treatment options in order to provide the highest quality care possible. I also believe that effective healthcare depends on clear communication and realistic expectations. Improving health is often a gradual process that requires patience, careful assessment, and a thoughtful, step-by-step approach. My goal is to help patients better understand their health, focus on their individual healthcare goals, and feel supported in making informed decisions with confidence.
