Julia Rickerby, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of Simplify Nutrition LLC, is now seeing clients in person at our Waterford office on Tuesdays and offers virtual appointments throughout the week.

Julia has been a dietitian for nine years and specializes in Medical Nutrition Therapy. She is incredibly passionate about:

• Women’s Health:  Supporting clients nutritionally during perimenopause and menopause to achieve weight loss, promote positive body composition shifts, and optimize metabolic health.
• Weight Management: Sustainable weight loss and nutrition for GLP-1 medications.
• Gut Health and building a healthy relationship with food 

Julia’s approach is non-judgmental, individualized, and focused on habit-based changes for long-term success.

Plus, she accepts insurance! Simplify Nutrition LLC is currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna. She will also be in-network with United Healthcare starting in August.
