Meet & Greet Information

Congratulations! We are excited for your interest in our practice and thank you for taking the time to read a few things about our office. We do not pre-register newborns so there is nothing to do at this time. After delivery, simply call our office to make the first appointment. We will schedule your newborn visit 24-48 hours after hospital discharge.

We would like to quickly tell you about our vision, our team, and some general office information. We have also created a Virtual Meet & Greet that allows us to open the door to any discussions prior to your first visit at our office. Our goal is to provide the highest level of pediatric care in the context of an ongoing relationship between our office and your family. We feel it is a privilege to come alongside you and care for your children, and we think the best care is accomplished when your family knows our entire team. We practice evidence-based medicine, while using a team-based approach to care for our patients. Please visit "The Team" tab above and read some of our bios to get more familiar with our team!

All visits will be scheduled with one of our providers based on schedule needs and availability.

Patient well visits 0-18 months will rotate between ALL providers for each visit per our “Rotating Provider Policy”. We do this so that you can get to know each of our providers in the event you need to be seen urgently for a sick visit or speak to one of them after hours. Beginning at 2 years of age, you may choose which provider you would like to see for any annual well visit. Appointments can be scheduled online or in person but are typically made in advance at each well visit.

“Sick” visits are scheduled based on your schedule needs and provider availability. For same day sick visits, you can schedule online through your patient portal or by calling our office. We will make every effort to get your child seen as soon as possible.

Appointment hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 am-4:15 pm with late appointments available on Tuesday until 6:00 pm. For afterhours and weekend needs, we have an after hours nurse line as well as one of our providers on-call to assist you if you have concerns about your child.
