Important Policy Notice: Patient Accompaniment

For the safety of our patients and to ensure proper medical consent, Bayside Pediatrics requires all patients under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult sibling aged 18 or older for the duration of their visit. If a parent or legal guardian is unable to attend, another trusted adult may escort the minor, provided they are at least 18 years old and present written permission from the parent or guardian at the time of the visit. Please note that if a minor arrives without an authorized adult escort, we may need to reschedule the appointment. Thank you for your understanding and partnership in keeping our patients safe!
